Jennifer Croneberger is in her second season as head softball coach.
Croneberger recently served as head coach of the Unionville High School softball team for four seasons. She took the team from a two win season in 2006 to a second-place finish in the division in 2008. She also developed a training program from the student-athletes for the off-season.
Her softball pedigree also includes serving an Assistant Coach/Mental Game Coach for the Philadelphia Force of the National Fastpitch Pro League in 2009. She has worked with several Division I programs, including Fordham, UVA, UConn, Rutgers and Drexel Universities, on helping them build a strong team chemistry and strong mental game skills.
She was a guest clinician at the University of Tennessee Holiday Softball Camp in 2009 and 2010, and was selected as a Chester County Carpenter Cup coach every year from 2005-2010.
Croneberger is a certified personal trainer, and certified mental game coach and earned her Master’s Degree in Sports Psychology from the University of the Rockies in June 2011.
She is the Founder and President of JLynne Consulting Group, LLC. where she works with businesses and athletic teams of all ages and levels on peak performance, team chemistry and effective mental toughness skills. Croneberger does a lot of work in the community both as a mentor and an ambassador for the Girls Take Charge Leadership program and through summer camps and youth programs. She was also recognized by the Chester County Chamber of Business and Industry as the 2009 Female Business Leader of the Year for her success and work in her community.
Croneberger joins the Ursinus faculty in the ESS department as an adjunct professor this fall, teaching a class on coaching philosophy.
A 1995 graduate of the University of Delaware with a degree in journalism, she resides in Coatesville.
