Bears fourth at Rutgers Quad
NEW BRUNSWICK, N.J. - Ursinus finished fourth at the Rutgers
University Quad Meet on Saturday, scoring 181.975 points.
Senior Kira Oldham-Curtis (Eugene, Ore./South
Eugene) finished fifth in the all-around competition with
a score of 36.925. She scored a team-best 9.400 on the floor, while
earning a 9.525 on the beam.
On the bars, junior Danielle Chmelewski (West Chester,
Pa./West Chester Henderson) had a score of 9.500, while
sophomore Elle Kurz (Hewlett, N.Y./Hewlett) had a
team-best 9.350 on the vault.
On the floor, freshman Stephanie Schmidt (Bloomingdale,
N.J./Butler) was second best on the team with a score of
9.325, while sophomore Katherine Gelinne (Westfield,
N.Y./Mount Saint Mary's) taking second on the team on the
beam at 9.300.
On the bars, Oldham-Curtis finished with a score of 9.100, while
freshman Johanna Warren (Shakoppe, Minn./Hopkins)
took second on the squad on the vault with a mark of 9.175.
