Men's Golf seventh at day one of Centennial Conference tournament
ELVERSON, Pa. – Through 27 holes, Ursinus is currently seventh at the Centennial Conference Men's Golf Championships at the Bears' home course of Stonewall Golf Club.
The Bears have posted a score of 512 with 27 holes to come on Sunday.
Freshman Chris McCann (Sandy Hook, Conn./Newtown) is tied for 25th with a total one-day score of 126, while senior Austin Anthony (West Chester, Pa./The Shipley School) is second on the team and tied for 27th overall at 128.
Senior Brian Lutzow (Abington, Pa./Archbishop Wood) is third on the team at 129, with freshman Paul Luchon (Limerick, Pa./Spring-Ford) fourth at 130. Sophomore Tim Duke (Fort Washington, Pa./Upper Dublin) rounds out the Bears roster with a score of 132.
Muhlenberg is in the lead with 467, one ahead of Gettysburg at 468. Cameron Warner of F&M leads the individual competition with a score of 112, one ahead of Jordan Carpenter (Muhlenberg) and Paul Weston of Swarthmore.
