Going First

LANCASTER, Pa. – For the first time since 1996, Ursinus had a men's soccer player named to the first-team All-Centennial squad.

Senior goalkeeper Mike Alfieri (Mount Laurel, N.J./Lenape) was named to the first-team, joining former Ursinus standout Brad Getz as the only first-team selections for Ursinus. 

Alfieri made 112 saves this season, finishing with a goals against average at 2.03. For his career, he finished with 420 saves, His 420 saves are a school record and he finished fifth all-time in Centennial history in saves.
