Test Run

CENTER VALLEY, Pa. – In a preview of the course that will be used for the NCAA Mid-East Regional, the Ursinus cross country teams took part in the DeSales Invitational on Saturday afternoon.

The men's team finished ninth in the red race.

For the men, junior Sam Stortz (Dresher, Pa./Upper Dublin)) continues to have a strong season as he finished 13th overall with a time of 26:55.01, followed by sophomore Jatin Narang (Germantown, Md./Clarksburg) in 22nd place at 27:29.56. Junior Mark Gapinski (Sinking Spring, Pa./Holy Name) was third overall on the team with a time of 28:58.75, followed by senior Adam DiCaprio (Poughkeepsie, N.Y./Poughkeepsie) in 90th place at 29:21.00. Finally, junior Amos Almy (Charleston, Maine/Foxcroft Academy) was 108th overall, and fifth on the team at 29:38.63.
