Women's Lacrosse has five on IWLCA Honor Roll

COLLEGEVILLE, Pa. – Five Ursinus College women's lacrosse players were among 184 student-athletes from 81 different institutions named to the 2010 Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association Academic Honor Roll on Monday afternoon.

Those named from Ursinus were: Emma Bacharach (Lancaster, Pa./J.P. McCaskey), Elizabeth Cannon (Garrison, N.Y./James I. O'Neil), Lauren Distler (Redding, Conn./Joel Barlow), Allison Furman (Gilbertsville, Pa./Boyertown) and Kristen Wampole (Harleysville, Pa./Souderton).

Ursinus finished the season with a mark of 11-6 overall and was 6-3 in the Centennial, qualifying for the Centennial Conference tournament.
