Women's Lacrosse downed by Lebanon Valley, 11-4

ANNVILLE, Pa. – After taking a 2-1 lead, Ursinus saw Lebanon Valley score seven straight goals as the Flying Dutchmen (2-3) defeated the Bears (1-1) 11-4 on Friday afternoon in a women's lacrosse game at Arnold Field.

LVC held the Bears to just 12 shots on the day.

The Bears were led by senior attack Amber Moyer who had two goals while senior midfielder Nicole Kovacs and freshman attack Emma Ebert had a goal each in the loss.

Sam Boyce had four goals for the Flying Dutchmen.

Individually, sophomore defender Mary Deliberti had four ground balls and two draw controls. Freshman Lisa Grous had two caused turnovers , with Deliberti and sophomore midfielder Devin Brakel each had two draw controls.

In goal, sophomore Margaret Philbin had ten saves.

Ursinus will be at Cabrini on Monday.
